1. By making a booking you are deemed to have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  2. Letting starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure. Lets are on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday), unless otherwise agreed with the proprietors.
  3. Prices quoted are inclusive of fuel, electricity and linen but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
  4. Bookings are secured upon receipt of £100 deposit by cheque payable to Stuart Kerr. This payment will be acknowledged in writing or by e-mail
  5. The balance of the booking fee is payable 4 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date will require the full amount to be paid immediately.
  6. In the event of cancellation before six weeks of the arrival date, any money paid will be refunded in full. Less than six weeks the money will be refunded only if the property is re-let. It is strongly advised that the hirers take out appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
  7. The booking is accepted subject to the clear understanding that if the accommodation cannot be made available for the period booked due to circumstances beyond the control of the proprietor and the booking has to be cancelled, the hirer is entitled to a refund not exceeding the amount paid and will have no further claim against the proprietor.
  8. Children are welcome at 10 Peinachorran.
  9. The cottage is completely non-smoking and pets are by arrangement.
  10. Guests should advise the proprietor of any breakage or damage which occurs during the let.
  11. Guests are responsible for the cottage during the hire period and must take reasonable and proper care of it, its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition and state of repair at the end of the letting period as at the beginning.
  12. The proprietor reserves the right of entry to the cottage at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
  13. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to their property and to require any person to leave when they consider there is a breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property or cause of nuisance or conduct in an offensive manner.
  14. The use of the cottage and its equipment is entirely at the hirers' risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the proprietors for injury to the hirers, nor for loss or damage to their belongings, including motor vehicles.
  15. The Contract of Hire is between the guests and the proprietor of no 10 Peinachorran.
